Richard H. Kakeldey

Dick was licensed to practice in Minnesota in 1978. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Northern Colorado and completed law school at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. Prior to law school, he worked for the St. Paul Companies as an advanced underwriter in their estate and business planning department. After law school, he obtained his Chartered Life Underwriters certificate in 1981 and his Chartered Financial Consultant certificate in 1983. Dick has been practicing in the areas of Estate and Business Planning, Probate and Real Estate for 25 years. Dick is very active in professional association, including the 6th District and Minnesota State Bar Associations, Charted Life Underwriters, Chartered Financial Consultants, and Society of Financial Service Professionals. Dick has been involved in many Community Organizations including the Salvation Army Board, Twin Valley Scouts Board, EduCare Foundation, Leave A Legacy and many Church Committees. He has been an adjunct faculty member at Minnesota State University teaching courses in business law and real estate.

Margaret K. Koberoski

Margaret was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1996 and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota in 2005. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law. While in Law School, Margaret served as Managing Editor the Hamline Law Review. She is also a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Political Science. Margaret is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as President of the St. Mary’s Catholic School Board in Madelia. She is also a member of the St. Mary’s Parish Council. Margaret practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Business Planning, Probate, and Long Term Care Planning.

Nicole M. Feltault

Nicole M. Feltault

Nicole Feltault was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 2012 after graduating from Loyola University of Chicago. While attending law school she focused on tax law and how it impacts business and individuals, earning a tax certificate and competing in the ABA Tax Challenge. She practices in estate and business planning and real estate law. Nicole is active in the Estate Planning section of the Minnesota State Bar Association including volunteering with Wills for Heroes.
